If you were looking for the hexi mug rug tutorial yesterday but it wasn’t up yet, Bonnie and I apologise. You see, I got it in to her last minute (laaaa-zy!), which was when her dog fell ill and they had to take him to emergency vet services for a good long while. Plus what with the time change and all, we did our posts at the same time but hours apart, if you can make sense of that. But it’s there now, and I’d love to know what you guys think of it!

And I know I’ve been referring to Stashtacular! a lot lately, but as it’s quite close now I thought I’d try to get you involved a bit in what’s going on.

First of all, the Fabric Swap. There’s a US/Canada swap being run by Kelly from Blue Bird Sews, and a UK/International swap run by moi. HOWEVER, if you live in the US and want to swap with me, you can by sending me your fabrics and chucking $5 or $6 in there for return postage. Then I can give the cash to Savi for spending money this summer.

They’re 100% cotton, and I think they’re poplins. But I bought them a long, long time ago and never really used them. So they’re all probably around a yard big, maybe even more.

So here’s what I’ll do: Anyone who uses the UK/International swap will receive some extra fabric back. It might be a fat quarter or it might be 2 or 3. But there will be extra, that’s for sure.
