Stashtacular Tutorial: Clothes Pin Keeper

Well, we dropped my parents off at Heathrow this morning to fly back to Texas, so I’m hoping things will sort of get back to normal here. If you’ve been commenting and emailing and wondering why I haven’t replied yet, it’s because we’ve been running around like crazy and falling into bed. But I can’t wait to show you all the lovely fabric my Mummy brought over!!

Stephanie’s Clothes Pin Keeper tutorial is up over at Spontaneous Threads, and it features one of my favourite crafty themes – creative use of materials in unexpected ways. This one features rope. Yes, rope! It’s fancytastic, as my friend Stephanie says.

If you want to leave a link on Manic Monday’s Linky Party, please do so here!

If you want to get in on a $25 gift certificate giveaway from 1Choice4Quilting, get your name in the hat now!

And finally, there are a few places left in Sew Bee Joyful, so if you’re interested in participating in a virtual quilting bee, please visit the Sew Bee Joyful Flickr page and read the terms. If you want in, send me a Flickr mail or email me at jenna (at) sewhappygeek.co.uk.

I’d also like to remind you that the International circle of do. Good Stitches over at Stitched In Color is looking for 1 more person – I know it says Australia but I’m in the UK and my month’s quilts will probably go to Linus Quilts UK. Rachel is such a lovely lady, so please consider whether you’d like to participate in a charity bee. 🙂
