My EQ7 software came on Saturday and I’ve been busy playing with it ever since. Here’s a really easy Layer Cake quilt I designed using Moda’s Pom Pom de Paris by the French General. What do you think? I’m wondering if I need to add some extra solids in place of some of those prints – it looks a little busy.
Maybe some flower appliques instead of circles? Solid border instead of prints?

how do you like the software? can it do anything you can think of? Liking the beginning of the quilt, but I agree it needs something…just not sure what! (big help,huh!) Happy designing!
